Q. When does Mercado Sagrado open and close? 
A. 10AM - 6PM Saturday Nov 16 and 10AM - 5PM Sunday Nov 17, 2019 

PARKING + DROP OFF

Q. Where do I park? 
A. Parking is free at the location and signs will direct you to the lot upon entrance to the venue.

Q. Do you have a drop off + ride share zone? 
A. Yes. Drop off is across the road from the parking lot, and will be clearly marked.

VOLUNTEERING

Q. Can I be a volunteer? 
A. We are seeking people who have a genuine interest in the event industry and have had some experience in event work already. We want people who are flexible, have initiative and a positive, sunny attitude! All workers and volunteers must be 18 years of age or older. We do not accept volunteers who are under 18. If you believe you satisfy the criteria outlined, please email hello@consciouscityguide.com

Q. What jobs do volunteers perform in return for a weekend ticket & complimentary lunch? 
A. Volunteers will greet guests, sell tickets, and check attendees in. Some volunteers will help with artist & talent check in. 

ACCESSIBILITY 

Q. Who do I contact for people who are differently abled?
A. Mercado Sagrado welcomes all differently abled people. Once you have secured your event ticket please contact hello@consciouscityguide.com and we’ll assist with logistics. 

Q. What is the site like for getting around?
A. King Gillette Ranch is a mainly flat site outdoor grassy field, however there is a natural sloping amphitheater and a few paved roads.

Q. Is there parking for eligible disabled guests?
A. We do have parking set aside for eligible patrons close to the site entrance. Please see marked locations. 

WHAT CAN I BRING 

Q. What can I bring to Mercado Sagrado? 
A. Your fun and loving vibes! 

  • A blanket/rug/cushions and anything cozy you want to hang out on. There’s plenty of space and grass! 

  • A reusable water bottle 

  • You will be wanded upon entry (a requirement of the venue) so anything that doesn’t pass the “wand” test leave it at home. 

Q. Are dogs allowed?
A. Unfortunately, our new venue does not allow them. 

ACCOMODATION

Q. Can I camp on site?
A. Sorry not this year, we are working on it though! 

Q. I am coming from out of town, do you have anywhere you recommend I stay?
A. Check out Airbnb of course, there’s the Malibu Creek State Park if you like camping, Our friends at Surfrider Hotel might have some rooms and it’s very easy to get to us from the Westside of LA, or if you’re staying Eastside just jump onto the 101.

TICKETS 

Q. I purchased tickets for Saturday (or Sunday) and would like to exchange them for the other day, how can I do that?

Q. Will there be tickets for sale at the door?
A. Yes. Day passes only at $80 a day. We encourage you to pre-purchase your tickets for a cheaper price.

Q. If I come later in the day will you give me a discount on my ticket?
A. No 

Q. Is there a special price for children?
A. Children 12 and under enter for free.
